RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s QPM1000, an integrated, 2-20GHz limiter/low noise amplifier. Capable of surviving up to 4W of RF input, the QPM1000 offers 17dB of gain with a P1dB of >17dBm. Mid-band noise figure is rated at 2dB. Offered for communication systems, radar and EW applications, AGC is >30dB. Qorvo offers this device in a 6x5x1.7mm air cavity QFN package. VD = 5V and IDQ = 100mA.
