RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a Low Noise Amplifier supporting satellite communications and point to point radio. The Qorvo QPA2628 LNA offers 1.6dB noise figure in the 22 to 32GHz frequency range. With 23dB of gain and 19dBm output power, this GaAs device eases receiver design challenges with a return loss of 11dB. The QPA2628 draws 90mA from a 3.5V supply as comes in a 4x4mm, plastic overmold, QFN package. Also offered in DIE form as the QPA2628D with coverage from 25 to 31GHz.
