RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 5GHz, Wi-Fi, low noise amplifier (LNA). The RFFM4527 offers noise figures as low as 1.2dB for 802.11a/n/ac applications from 4.9 to 5.925GHz. Featuring an integrated bypass mode, active gain is 16dB and bypass loss is 6dB. The RFFM4527 draws 15mA from a 3.3V supply and reduces system filtering requirements with an integrated 2.4GHz filter providing 28dB of rejection. The 6-pin, 1.6×1.6mm package minimizes board space requirements in wireless routers and CPEs.
