RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 2.4GHz, Wi-Fi, low noise amplifier (LNA). The Qorvo RFFM4227 offers noise figures as low as 1.3dB for 802.11 applications from 2.4 to 2.5GHz. Featuring an integrated bypass mode, active gain is 15dB and bypass loss is 6dB. The RFFM4227 draws 15mA from a 3.3V supply and reduces system filtering requirements with an integrated 5GHz rejection for DBDC operation. The 6-pin, 1.6×1.6mm package minimizes board space requirements in wireless routers and CPEs.
