RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo RFPD3580, a 45 – 1218MHz power doubler hybrid amplifier used in DOCSIS 3.1 CATV systems. Offering excellent linearity along with reliability, the RFPD3580 provides ultra-high power output under pure digital loading. This amplifier provides up to 22.5dB of gain at 1218MHz. CSO is rated at -76.8dBc while CTB is rated at -73dBc. DC current can be externally adjusted for best circuit performance with a maximum current draw of 530mA. Supply voltage is optional from 24 to 34 volts. Unconditionally stable under all terminations it is offered in industry standard SOT115J packaging for compatibility with existing layouts.
