RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 100MHz, sub-band B41 BAW filter. The Qorvo QPQ1280 supports base station infrastructure, repeaters and boosters for designs with pass band frequencies from 2555 to 2655MHz. No external matching is necessary and the QPQ1280 offers 45dBm attenuation at 2483MHz. Power handling is 29dBm.
