RFMW offers Multi-Throw Switches for 4.5G Infrastructure

Peregrine 10 MHz to 8 GHz switches PE42462 PE42482 and PE42412RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for high throw count switches from Peregrine Semiconductor. Optimized for 4G and 4.5G wireless infrastructure switching applications such as robust digital pre-distortion (DPD) loops, filter banks and transmit/receive (T/R) path signal routing, the PE42462 (SP6T), PE42482 (SP8T) and PE42412 (SP12T) offer 35 – 41dB of port-to-port isolation, high linearity, <1.3dB insertion loss and 2W CW power handling. All three absorptive switches cover a frequency range from 10 MHz to 8 GHz, making them ideal for 5 GHz LTE Licensed Assisted Access (LAA) and LTE WiFi Link Aggregation (LWA). Switching speeds are 210nS for the PE42462, 227nS for the PE42482 and 232nS for the PE42412.
