75 Ohm Adjustable Gain Amplifier from RFMW

Qorvo QPB7400 75 ohm adjustable gain amplifier operates from 45 to 1218MHzRFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a DOCSIS 3.1 compliant amplifier from Qorvo. Gain, return loss and bias are externally adjustable on the Qorvo QPB7400. Matched to 75 ohms, this adjustable gain amplifier operates from 45 to 1218MHz and has on-chip active bias for consistent and repeatable performance over temperature. The QPB7400 finds applications in single-ended and push-pull optical receivers, low-noise drop amplifiers and distribution amplifiers. Drawing 105mA from a 5V bias, typical gain in application circuits is 10.5dB. Qorvo offers this amplifier in a SOT89 package.
