RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 90MHz, sub-band B40 BAW filter. The Qorvo QPQ1288 supports base station infrastructure, repeaters and boosters for designs with pass band frequencies from 2300 to 2390MHz. No external matching is necessary and the QPQ1288 offers 45dBm attenuation at 2473MHz. Power handling is 29dBm.
