RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a Digital Step Attenuator from Qorvo. The QPC3213 provides two, 6dB steps enabling RF attenuation of 6, 12 or 18dB. Operating over a frequency range of 50 to 6000MHz, the QPC3213 is overshoot-free during the step cycle. Non-attenuated insertion loss is 0.8dB for applications in LTE infrastructure, point-to-point radios, repeaters and boosters. Offered in a 3x3mm QFN package.
