RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 3.3V optimized Front End Module from Qorvo. The QPF8538 offers 17dBm output power while complying with 4900 to 5925MHz WiFi spectral masks. EVM is -35dB (MCS9) at +17dBm. Incorporating an LNA with bypass, transmit PA and SPDT switch, the QPF8538 offers solutions for access points and wireless routers. Tx gain is 28dB while Rx gain is 12.5dB. Offered in a 2.3×2.3mm QFN package.
