RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo QPA2463C. Spanning 50 to 4000MHz, the QPA2463C is an active bias, cascadable, HBT, MMIC amplifier which utilizes a Darlington configuration for high linearity applications such as those found in LTE infrastructure and defense/aerospace. Offering 15dB of gain, the amplifier runs directly from a 3V supply with no dropping resistor required and draws only 20mA. The patented active bias circuitry provides stable current over temperature and process variations. P1dB is 10.8dBm and OIP3 is 22dBm. Internally matched to 50 ohms, it’s offered in a SOT-363 package.
