RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the Qorvo QPA9226, Small Cell Power Amplifier. Offering 0.25W of power, this highly linear (-47dBc ACLR @ 24dBm) amplifier serves 2.5 to 2.7GHz applications in bands 7, 38 and 41. The QPA9226 provides 34dB of power gain for femtocells, CPEs and data cards. It can also function as a linear driver in DAS applications, booster amps and repeaters. Internally matched and offered in a 7x7mm package.
