RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for Qorvo’s switch LNA module. The QPB9318 combines dual-channels of two-stage LNAs with individual high power switches in a 5x5mm SMT package. Operating from 2.3 to 2.7GHz, the switch can handle up to 10W average power and the two-stage LNA offers 30.5dB of gain with 1.3dB noise figure. Ideal for massive MIMO wireless infrastructure, QPB9318 applications are also found in pico base stations and TDD repeaters in bands 38, 40 and 41 systems.
