RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a low distortion, low noise CATV amplifier. The Qorvo QPA3320, push pull hybrid CATV amplifier is ideal for 1GHz hybrid fiber coax (HFC) upgrades and new designs for 24V capable nodes, line extenders and system amplifiers. Operating from 45 to 1003MHz, the QPA3320 provides 34.5dB minimum gain at 1GHz with a CTB of -66dBc and CSO of -65dBc. Noise figure is 4.5dB. Employing both GaAs and GaN technologies, this hybrid amplifier module has 17dB return loss for easy matching and draws 280mA. Offered in an industry standard SOT-115J package.
