RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for an ultra low-noise amplifier with integrated bypass function. The Qorvo QPL9095 offers 0.6dB noise figure and operates from 500 to 1000MHz. With 22dB of gain, the QPL9095 provides 33dBm OIP3 in LNA mode and 35dBm OIP3 in Bypass mode. Internally matched, only 4 external components are needed for operation from a single +3.3 to +5V supply. Targeted for wireless infrastructure applications, it’s packaged as a 2x2mm DFN.
