RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a fast switching absorptive switch. Qorvo’s QPC6324 SPDT offers 180nS switching speed and high isolation (63dB) for base station receivers, macro cells, pico cells and massive MIMO applications. Spanning 5 to 6000MHz, the QPC6324 handles up to 37dBm input P1dB with an input IP3 of 60dBm. Compatible with 1.8V logic, it’s offered in a 4x4mm QFN package.
