RFMW offers 6-Bit Digital Attenuator to 2GHz for 75 ohm CATV

Qorvo QPC3624 6-Bit Digital Attenuator to 2GHz for 75 ohm CATV applications to 2GHzRFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 75 ohm Digital Step Attenuator (DSA). The Qorvo QPC3624 offers 6-bits of attenuation with 0.5dB LSB step size providing 31.5dB of attenuation range from 47 to 2000MHz. Featuring overshoot-free transient switching between attenuation steps, the QPC3624 is ideal for 75 ohm applications such as optical nodes, point-to-point, MDU amplifiers, pre-amplifier attenuation, inter-stage attenuation, return attenuation, AGC and tilt control. High linearity (IIP3 >55dBm), fast switching speed of <500nS and low insertion loss of 1.2dB typify performance. This switch features three control modes: serial, latched parallel and direct parallel programming. Qorvo offers this DSA in a 4x4mm QFN package.
