RFMW offers High Gain Balanced Return Path Amplifier for DOCSIS 3.1

Qorvo QPB2328 High Gain Balanced Return Path Amplifier for DOCSIS 3.1 spans 5 to 210MHz with 17.5dB of gainRFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a balanced return path amplifier serving DOCSIS 3.1 applications in head-end CMTS equipment, optical nodes and residential amplifiers or as a post-amplifier for return path optical receivers. Qorvo’s QPB2328 spans 5 to 210MHz with dual amplifiers configurable for balanced operation and providing 17.5dB of gain. Designed to provide a low noise, high gain option using an 8V power supply, the QPB2328 can also be used in 5V, single ended applications with reduced linearity requirements. At 8V, this IC provides low noise (3.5dB) with OIP3 of 46dBm and P1dB of 27dBm. Offered in a standard SOIC8 package.
