RFMW GaAs LNA Supports Satellite Communications

The Qorvo QPA2609 LNA provides 26dB of gain with a noise figure of 1.1dB from 7 to 14GHz RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a high performance LNA covering 7 to 14GHz. The Qorvo QPA2609 provides 26dB of small signal gain with a noise figure of 1.1dB for point-to-point and satellite communication systems. Packaged in a small, 4 x 4 mm plastic QFN, the QPA2609 is matched to 50 ohms with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports for easy handling and simple system integration. OIP3 is 25dBm. P1dB is 18dBm. Biased with 3.5V, this GaAs device draws 120mA of current.
