5GHz FEM Optimized for 3.3 Volts from RFMW

The Qorvo QPF4528 5150 to 5925 MHz FEM integrates a PA, regulator, SP2T, bypassable LNA, coupler and voltage power detector RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a 5 GHz front end module (FEM). The Qorvo QPF4528 integrates a 5 GHz power amplifier (PA), regulator, single pole two throw switch (SP2T), bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA), coupler and voltage power detector into a small 3 x 3 mm package. Designed for access points and wireless routers in the 5150 to 5925 MHz frequency range, the QPF4528 offers 30 dB of Tx gain and 15 dB of Rx gain with LNA noise figure of 2.0 dB. Integrated 2.4 GHz filters provide rejection on the receive path to reduce system-level filtering. Power consumption is <0.5 W from a 3.3 V supply.
