3.3V Optimized Wi-Fi FEM Maintains High Linear Output

Qorvo’s QPF4578 3.3V Optimized, 5150 to 5925 MHz Wi-Fi FEM Maintains High Linear OutputRFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for an energy efficient, 802.11a/n/ac/ax, Wi-Fi FEM. Qorvo’s QPF4578 front end module integrates a 5 GHz PA, SP2T switch and bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device. MCSO power output is 24.5 dBm with a transmit gain of 31 dB. Operating in the 5150 to 5925 MHz frequency range, the QPF4578 offers 35 dB rejection of 2.4 GHz Rx signals. Rx noise figure is 1.9 dB while Rx gain is 15 dB. Integrated matching minimizes layout area when using this 5 x 3 mm, QFN device that conserves power consumption while maintaining the highest linear output power and leading edge throughput.
