RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for an ultra low-noise amplifier from Qorvo. The QPL6207Q is designed for SDARS automotive active antenna applications from 2320 to 2345 MHz. With low noise figure of 0.45 dB and 35 dBm output IP3, the QPL6207Q is offered in a 2 x 2mm QFN package making it ideal for high performance applications where space savings are required. Gain is 18.5 dB. It draws 55 mA from a 4.5 V supply and can be biased from positive supply rails from 3.3 to 5.25 V.
