Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module for Massive MIMO

Qorvo’s QPB9337 Dual-Channel Switch LNA Module supports applications across the 2.3 – 3.8 GHz frequency range. RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a highly integrated Front-End module. Qorvo’s QPB9337 integrates a two-stage LNA and a high power switch in a dual channel configuration. Supporting applications across the 2.3 – 3.8 GHz frequency range, this FEM provides 1.2 dB noise figure for operation in the receive mode and 0.8 dB insertion loss in the transmit mode. The switch handles input RF power up to 5W average, while needing only a +5V supply for both switch and LNA operation. The QPB9337 switch LNA module is targeted for wireless infrastructure applications configured for TDD-based MIMO architectures and can be used for next generation 5G, pre-5G or small cell base-station applications. Packaged in a RoHS-compliant, compact 6 x 6 mm surface-mount leadless package.
