RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for an ultra-low noise amplifier with bypass function. Qorvo’s QPL9098 integrates a 19.6 dB gain LNA with bypass mode functionality supporting applications from 4 to 6 GHz. Offering typical mid-band noise figure of 1.3 dB, the QPL9098 draws only 68mA from a 4.2 V supply yet offers 32 dBm OIP3 from an internally matched, 2 x 2 mm package. Targeted for wireless infrastructure, 4.5G, 5G and 5G massive MIMO applications, this device is available from RFMW.
