RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a Qorvo GaN on SiC MMIC amplifier serving 32 to 38 GHz radar, satellite communications and electronic warfare systems. The TGA2224 provides 5 Watts of saturated output power with 16 dB of power gain and >25 dB of small signal gain. Offered in DIE format, the TGA2224 draws 320 mA from a 26 volt supply and the circuit is matched to 50 ohms for ease of use.
