RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a Silicon on Insulator (SOI) switch from Qorvo. With 0.35 dB insertion loss in a symmetric topology, the QPC3025 provides excellent linearity while handling up to 20 Watts of CW power and 30 Watts of pulsed power with a 50 ohm load. No blocking capacitors are necessary for applications from 30 to 4200 MHz. The QPC3025 SPDT is reflective and offers 39 dB of isolation . Operating supply voltage ranges from 2.7 to 5.5 volts. Applications include 4G/5G repeaters and boosters, military and public safety radio. Offered in a 5 x 5 mm QFN package.
