Qorvo’s QPA9120 offers 35 dBm OIP3 for pre-driver circuits used in wireless infrastructure from 1.8 to 5 GHz, including dense array, 5G m-MIMO radios. With 29 dB of gain and P1dB of 22 dBm, the QPA9120 is an ideal driver amplifier for a variety of applications. Features include flat gain (1 dB gain flatness over 1 GHz bandwidth), 50Ω I/O internal matching and fast DC power shutdown. Operating from a single, 5V supply, the amplifier draws only 96 mA. Offered in a 3 x 3 mm QFN package.
