RFMW announces design and sales support for a high frequency power amplifier from Qorvo. The Qorvo QPA2210D offers 2.5 Watts of linear power at 25 dBc IMD3 with small signal gain of 25 dB. This linear power and high gain are ideal for Ka-Band satellite communication systems operating within 27 to 31 GHz as well as mmWave 5G infrastructure radios. The QPA2210D has a saturated output power of 7 Watts. Drawing 200 mA from a 20 V supply, this PA is offered in a 2.74 x 1.432 mm DIE.
