High-Linearity Power Amplifier for Band-3 Small Cells

RFMW announces design and sales support for a high-linearity, two-stage power amplifier in a low-cost surface-mount package. The Qorvo QPA9903, with on-chip bias control circuit, is suitable for small cell base station applications over the 1805 – 1880 MHz frequency range (Band 3). Providing 32 dB gain and 36 dBm P3dB, the QPA9903 achieves −50 dBc, DPD corrected ACPR at +28 dBm output power. Internally I/O matched to 50 ohms and available in a 5 x 5 mm surface mount package, this device also serves m-MIMO and DAS systems.
