RFMW announces design and sales support for an internally matched amplifier from Qorvo. The Qorvo QPA9418 spans a frequency range of 1805 to 1880 MHz with an output power 27 dBm for small cell base stations, booster amplifiers and repeaters. The QPA9418 offers high linearity of -50 dBc ACPR and high gain of 31 dB while drawing 420 mA of current from a 4.5 volt supply. Available in a 14-pin, 7 x 7 mm plastic package.
