RFMW announces design and sales support for a highly integrated motor controller. Qorvo’s PAC5527 features an integrated 48 volt charge pump, LDOs, gate drivers and DC/DC buck controller for motors used in power tools, 12V server fans and radio controlled drones. The FLASH-based, 150MHz Arm® Cortex-M4F® fully programmable 32-bit microcontroller offers 128 kB of memory. Offered in a 6 x 6 mm QFN package, the PAC5527 is optimized for battery-powered BLDC motor control applications up to 24V where multiple PCB peripherals can be eliminated.
