RFMW announces design and sales support for a WiFi 6 (802.11ax) front end module (FEM). Minimizing layout area, Qorvo’s QPF4800 integrates a 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz power amplifier (PA), regulator, two SP2T switches, diplexer, and 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bypassable low noise amplifiers (LNA). Optimizing the PAs for 5V supplies conserves DC power consumption while maintaining the highest linear RF output power and leading edge throughput. Applications include access points, routers, residential gateways and CPEs. |
