RFMW announces design and sales support for a high-performance, mmWave power amplifier from Qorvo. Offering 10 Watts of linear power for wideband communications systems with < -25 dBc IMD3, the QPA2212D operates from 27.5 to 31 GHz with 22 dB small signal gain. To simplify system integration, the QPA2212D is fully matched to 50 ohms with integrated DC blocking caps on both I/O ports. Saturated output power is 25W with power-added efficiency of 25%. Applications include satellite communications and 5G infrastructure. Offered as a 3.630 x 4.792 mm DIE. |
