RFMW announces design and sales support for a C-Band RF amplifier from Qorvo. The QPA2309 power amplifier offers 100W of pSat RF power from 5 to 6 GHz in small 7×7 mm QFN package. With ~50% power added efficiency, the QPA2309 runs from a 50 V supply and delivers 22 dB of power gain for civilian and military radar applications supporting both CW and pulsed operation. 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to ensure compliance to electrical specifications. |
