RFMW announces design and sales support for a GaAs pHEMT/MESFET amplifier. The Qorvo QPA4428, 75-ohm push-pull RF amplifier delivers over 28 dB of flat gain with low, 4.5 dB noise for broadband CATV hybrid modules, DOCSIS 3.1 amplifiers and nodes, or head end CMTS equipment up to 1218 MHz using a single 24V supply. This IC offers low noise and low distortion at high efficiency consuming only 7 W in a 5×7 mm QFN package. Its compact size and low Θjc enable integration that is ideally suited for hybrid modules. |
