RFMW announces design and sales support for an X-band radar amplifier from Qorvo. Performing well under both CW and pulse operations, Qorvo’s QPA1010, high power MMIC is 100% DC and RF tested on-wafer to ensure compliance to electrical specifications and typically provides 15 W saturated output power from 7.9 to 11.0 GHz with power-added efficiency of 38% and 18 dB large-signal gain to meet SWaP-C goals. |
