RFMW announces design and sales support for high frequency power limiters from Marki Microwave. Ideal for protecting sensitive components and for applications requiring high linearity, Marki’s HLM-40PSM, GaAs, Schottky diode, signal limiter provides 11 to 19 dBm flat leakage with low insertion loss and low return loss from DC through Ka band. Typical 1 dB compression point is 14 dBm. Power handling is 9.5 Watts peak or 2.5 Watts CW. Also available as wire bondable die or a connectorized module.
