RFMW announces design and sales support for an automotive routing switch from Qorvo. The QPC1220Q is a double-pole, four-throw (DP4T) switch designed for automotive transfer routing applications from 617 to 6000 MHz where highly linear, low-loss switching is needed. Low mid-band insertion loss of 0.5 dB along with excellent linearity and 26 to 36.5 dB isolation makes the QPC1220Q ideal for telematics, antenna routing, 5G routing and automotive NAD (network attach device) 5G and LTE applications. Offered in a 2 x 2 mm QFN package.
