The Qorvo QPC2511 high power SP3T switch delivers 30W linear Tx power handling from 2 to 11 GHz

RFMW announces design and sales support for a high power switch from Qorvo. The QPC2511 is a SP3T switch specifically designed for S- and X-band transmission linear power handling with a frequency range of 2 to 11 GHz. With wide-band capability, the receive path can operate linear up to 10 Watts. Typical insertion loss is only 1.5 dB and typical isolation is up to 20 dB. With <50 nS switching speed, the QPC2511 finds applications in radar and electronic warfare systems.
