Featured products include passive components on their patented Advanced Glass Packaging Technology and RF antennas.
Elite RF is a global leader in designing and manufacturing RF and Microwave Power Amplifiers with best-in-class customer service. Their IMS showcase product was the MB6.0018G434820-H 6–18 GHz Wideband Power Amplifier.
Guerilla RF produces MMIC products for Automotive, 5G Infrastructure, Repeaters/DAS, Defense, and other markets. Their IMS 2023 featured products included the GRF6402 0.25dB step DSA, GRF5507 high linearity power amplifier, GRF3012 and GRF3016 ultra-broadband gain blocks, and the GRF2093 and GRF2073W ultra-low noise amplifiers.
Keysight Technologies empowers innovators to explore, design, and bring world-changing technologies to life. They offer a series of millimeter-wave and microwave MMICs that provide superior performance over a wide bandwidth from DC to 50 GHz, including both analog and digital applications. Featured products this year at IMS included the HMMC-5618 6–20 GHz Medium Power GaAs MMIC Amplifier and the HMMC-5644 DC–50 GHz Diode Limiter.
Knowles Precision Devices makes Multilayer, Single Layer, High Reliability and Precision Variable Capacitors, EMI Filters and Microwave Devices including RF Filters, Splitters and Couplers. The Knowles featured products at the RFMW IMS 2023 booth included the PDW07630 Power Divider, P42BNL820M5ST broadband capacitor, DR03F36Q1388DNB ceramic resonator, FHC09096 Quadrature Hybrid Coupler, the PDW09692 wideband power divider, FPC07802 wideband coupler, and the SLC Engineer’s Design kit. They also showed several filter series, including X and S-band Filters, Custom Coaxial Ceramic Filters and Custom Lumped Element Filters. Specific filters products included the B028LB7S High-Q S & C-band Filters, the C079KB1S Miniature Cavity Filters, and B096QC2S and B100MHOW bandpass filters.

Maja Systems showcased a demo. Their NØ series mmWave modules provide an infinitely scalable 5GB/sec/data lane in a secure local digital interface, which can allow you to redefine data transfer and ruggedization in a diverse range of industrial applications.

Marki Microwave is a single source for high performance, broadband microwave products, supporting multiple form factors including die, surface mount and connectorized solutions for the entire RF block diagram. They featured their MFBC Bandpass Filter Family, ATN-0067CH and ATN-00110CH fixed-chip attenuator series, AKA amplifiers series, ADM-8007PSM amplifier, ADM-8350PSM, ADM-8095PSM, and ADM-8096PSM high dynamic range gain blocks. Additionally they showed the BAL and BALH Series Baluns, the EBAL-0067 broadband balun, the C20-0240 2-40 GHz 20 dB Directional Coupler, the MEQ3-26AS
DC-26.5 GHz MMIC Equalizer, the MMIQ-1865HUB 18-65 GHz MMIC IQ Mixer, and the PD-0450 4-50 GHz power divider.
MAST Technologies designs, develops and manufacturers innovative RF, microwave, and EMI absorbing materials for integration into defense and commercial applications. They showcased their materials sample kit.

Meca Electronics produces Power Dividers, Couplers, Attenuators, Terminations, Isolators/Circulators, Bias Tee’s & DC blocks for the Public Safety, Commercial Wireless including Rail & Transportation industries, 5G ready, Millimeter-Wave, Space, Defense markets. They showcased their line of Wi-Fi 6 and other Power Dividers.
Menlo Micro’s Ideal Switch technology brings more than 99 percent reductions in size, weight, power, and cost to dozens of industries such as medical, aerospace and defense, telecommunications, consumer electronics, industrial IoT, and test and measurement. They displayed the following products: MM101 charge pump, MM1200 switch, MM5120 and MM5130 SP4T switches, MM5140 and the MM5620 dual DP3T.
Microchip offers a broad product portfolio of semiconductor and system solutions catered to the specific needs of the aerospace and defense, communications, data center and industrial markets. The company also designs, manufactures, and markets a wide range of RF/microwave power transistors, filters, diodes, MMIC amplifiers and control components. They showcased three MMIC Distributed power amplifiers: MMA051PP45, MMA052PP45, MMA053PP5.

MiniRF is a premier supplier of passive and RF components whose high-performance devices serve multiple end markets in broadband/CATV and wireless communications systems. They featured the following product lines: Splitters, Couplers, Transformers and Air Wound Inductors & RF Chokes.
Narda-MITEQ announced their partnership with us at the 2023 IMS show. Narda-MITEQ will be offering its broad portfolio of Active and Passive products through RFMW, with emphasis on high-performance low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), as well as broadband directional couplers and power dividers.

NXP is a global semiconductor company creating solutions that enable secure connections for a smarter world. They displayed their A5G35S004N, A3G26D055N, AFG500LW and A5G08C GaN transistors and the A5M36TG140-TC GaN module in top-side cooled package. NXP also presented their top- and bottom-side cooling demos.

P1dB provides a wide range of RF/Microwave components for wired/wireless telecommunication systems, wireless infrastructure systems, test equipment subsystems, repeaters, and cable networks. Featured products included the P1AT-18MF-67G2W DC-67 GHz attenuator, P1CA-24M24M-130F-12-PM-1PS phase-matched cables, and their line of RF Cable Assemblies and Pigtails.
pSemi designs and manufacture innovative semiconductor solutions. pSemi’s main product highlight at IMS 2023 was the PE188200 8-channel Beamforming Front End. Additionally, they showed the PE42545 and PE42546 SP4T Broadband Switches, the new PE42445 & PE42446 SP4T High-isolation RF Switches, and the new PE53230 & PE53231 Switch + LNA Modules. All switches utilized their patented UltraCMOS® technology.
Qorvo connects, protects and powers the solutions that improve our planet. Their products provide key support for infrastructure, IoT, defense, aerospace and power management applications. Their featured RF and microwave products included the QPM5811 X-band front end module, QPM6000 LNA Module, QPX0001 1/Q mixer, QPA2211 Ka-Band Power Amplifier, and QPA0106 18W PA. Additionally, they showed the QPD1006 450W and QPD9300 30W IMFETs, QPA2513 S-band PAM, QPQ1063 low loss GPS diplexer, CMD319C3 X-band amplifier, QPA2609 low noise amplifier, and ACT41000 configurable biasing solution. They showed off their collection of interconnect products, including RF & Microwave coaxial Switches, RF Connectors and Adapters, Microwave Components, RF Cable Assemblies, and Space Qualified Components.
Renesas is a leader in developing circuit-level RF innovations and is a trusted supplier to the leading communications systems providers. They showcased their F1475 700–2800 MHz and F1485 2300–5000 MHz High Gain Wideband RF Amplifiers, the 8V97003 Ultra-low Noise mmWave RF Synthesizer, F6212 Ka-band dual-beam Rx Beamforming IC, and the F6931 Dual-ch Low Noise Amplifier.

Rosenbergy showed their 5G Tool Kit, Efficient Board Connectors, High-speed FAKRA Mini, Mini Coax, and Industry 4.0 solution RoProxCon.

San-tron is your complete USA resource for all your high-performance, standard and custom RF and microwave, coaxial connector and cable assembly needs. From mobile battlefield-radar terminals to tower connections in the arctic tundra, San-tron products have stood up to the test. They displayed their series of 2.92mm Field Replaceable
RF Connectors.
SiTime is a MEMS analog semiconductor company offering unique MEMS-based timing products including Precision MHz Super TCXO’s and MHz Oscillators for the Infrastructure, Automotive, Industrial, IOT and Consumer markets. They showed their SIT5346 and SIT5347 Endura Ruggedized ±0.1 ppm Precision Super-TCXOs, and the SiT8944 and SiT8945 Endura Ruggedized 1–137 MHz Oscillators.
Smiths Interconnect products include a wide variety of high-quality power combiners & dividers, Iso-adapters, WG loads, isolators, circulators, transitions and terminations. They showcased many of their most popular series, including the SpaceNXT™ QT and Lab-Flex® T series of coaxial cable assemblies, and the TSX Series of fixed chip and TSO5 and TS06 chip attenuator series. They also showed Diamond RF Resistives® and SpaceNXT™ HC-CXH resistors and terminations, planar X bandpass and RF filters series, and Semi-Rigid Cable Assemblies. Lastly, they showed their SpaceNXT™ K2TVA Thermopad® temperature variable attenuator and MTVA Thermopad® Attenuator temperature variable chip series.

Spectrum Control is a global leader in high-performance RF and microwave signal processing and conditioning, and electromagnetic interference protection. They showed several series, including Surface Mount Attenuators, Surface Mount Terminations, Flange Attenuators, Flange Terminations, passive coax Attenuators and Terminations, Bias Tees, Gain Equalizers, and RF DC Blocks. Highlighted products included 4401-8-95 4-Channel Programmable Attenuator and the 8401-6 Butler Matrix.
Southwest Antennas (SWA) specializes in the design and manufacture of rugged, high-performance RF and Microwave antennas, accessory products, and customized antenna solutions built for today’s demanding communication environments. They brought an antenna permanent mounting kit to display.

TST is a leading provider of SAW devices and quartz timing devices globally, with multiple facilities located in different regions. TST offers industrial, telecoms, consumer and automotive grade qualified solutions to the market. They created a display of packaged components from their offerings.

TTM Technologies is a leading supplier of passive RF components for LTE and 5G and wireless infrastructure, millimeter wave, consumer electronics, and military-grade components for defense applications up to frequencies of 80GHz. The Xinger® products include 3dB, 90-degree hybrid and directional couplers, Doherty combiners, terminations, RF resistors, attenuators, power dividers, phase shifters, balun transformers, delay lines and RF crossovers. They displayed their wide collection of Xinger® 3dB Hybrid Couplers, Directionals, and Baluns, and also their Surface Mount AlN Terminations Resistors and Attenuators.

XMA Corporation offers coaxial components including RF Adapters, Attenuators, Directional Couplers, DC Blocks, Dust Caps and Shorts, Equalizers, Power Dividers and Terminations with many connector options up to 65 GHz. They highlighted their high-frequency components and cryogenic components.
