Sangshin’s TPX978/1030/1090SA triplexer offers excellent isolation of 45dB between each band along with only 2.5dB of insertion loss. The TPX978/1030/1090SA can handle 3W of power and is available in a 55mm x 22m x 7mm surface mount package. In addition to the Sangshin TPX978/1030/1090SA triplexer, Sangshin also offers complimentary, single-band filters covering the same bands. The MBP44RC1030S15C, MBP44RC1090S15C, and MBP44RC978S05C are centered at 1030MHz, 1090MHz, and 978MHz respectively. All three filters…
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for TriQuint’s 30MHz to 2.5GHz TGA2237 with >52% PAE. The TGA2237 offers 10W saturated power with 13dB of large signal gain. P1dB is rated at >32dBm with a small signal gain of 19dB. TriQuint’s TGA2237 operates from a 30V supply and uses only 360mA of current. Broadband performance of this GaN device makes the TriQuint TGA2237 ideal for Radar, communications and electronic warfare applications. Available in DIE for small for factor requirements.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TGA2576-2-FL from TriQuint. This 2.5 to 6GHz GaN power amplifier provides 40W of saturated output power with power added efficiency (PAE) of 36%. Suitable for EW, Radar, test instrumentation, communications systems or as an EMC amplifier, the TriQuint TGA2576-2-FL operates at 30V and 1.55A from its bias supply. Small signal gain is 29dB while large signal gain is 20dB. For ideal thermal management and handling, the TGA2576-2-FL is offered in a CuW-based flanged package and can operate in both CW and pulsed modes.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for wideband, DC-3.5GHz GaN transistors from TriQuint. Available as the T2G4003532-FS earless package or the T2G4003532-FL, both transistors are input prematched for S-band operation. The devices are constructed with TriQuint’s proven TQGaN25 process, which features advanced field plate techniques to optimize power and efficiency at high drain bias operating conditions. This optimization can potentially lower system costs in terms of fewer amplifier line-ups and lower thermal management costs. Both the T2G4003532-FS and T2G4003532-FL operate at 32V and find applications in both Radar and communication systems.
