The TQC9305 features a shutdown pin function for TDD applications and offers 40dBm OIP3 for linear operation. The integrated attenuator has 31dB range in 1dB steps. The TQC9305 comes internally matched, eliminating the need for external matching components. Suited for both TDD and FDD systems, the TQC9305 is used in tower mounted amplifiers, repeaters, small cells and defense related communication systems.
