Supporting VSAT and SATCOM applications, the TriQuint TGA2594 offers 35dBm P1db or 37dBm Psat from 27 to 31GHz. Small signal gain is up to 23dB.  Designers will appreciate the small DIE size of 3.24×1.74mm and can expect improved linearity over similar devices currently offered.
