Ideal for 3G and 4G infrastructure applications, the 856774 is centered at 140MHz with a 56MHz bandwidth. Greater than 40dB attenuation and flat in-band performance combine to offer very low EVM contribution in high performance, wideband communication systems. TriQuint’s 856774 140MHz SAW filter can be used in either balanced or single-ended circuits and is housed in a hermetic, ceramic, surface-mount package measuring only 9.1×4.8×1.24mm.
