RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a Skyworks, low energy front end module. The SKY66113-11 is designed for low energy applications in the IoT market such as BLE, 802.15.4, Thread and ZigBee. Integrating a low noise amplifier, transmit bypass and antenna switches, the FEM provides up to 12dB of receive gain which boosts receiver sensitivity by as much as 7 dB over a standard SOC transceiver. Increased sensitivity means increased range for devices such as sensors, beacons, smart watches, thermostats, smoke/CO detectors, wireless cameras, wireless audio headphones, hearing aids and medical pendants. Due to superior efficiency of the…
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a series of general purpose SiGe gain block amplifiers from Qorvo. Operating over a frequency range of 50 to 4000MHz, the four gain blocks in this series (QPA2363C, QPA4263C, QPA4363C and QPA4563C) offer gain and output power options for applications in LTE infrastructure, repeaters, Test & Measurement and defense. With 3V operation and active bias, these highly linear gain blocks are available in SOT-363 packaging.
RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for MECA power divider/combiners. 804-3-23.000 is a 4-way, 2.92mm female power divider/combiner with an average power rating of 30 watts and frequency range of 6 to 40GHz. MECA divider/combiners can be upgraded for use in harsh environments from low orbit space & satellite to high altitude defense applications. Designed to meet applicable portions of MIL-DTL-23971 and MIL-STD-202, the models are designed for precision electrical performance and high reliability. Adding an ML prefix to any MECA 80X series, such as the 804-3-23.000 power divider/combiner, enhances the screening levels for qualification and verification applications as…
