RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for Johanson Technology’s (JTI) chip antenna that can operate in both GPS and GLONASS bands simultaneously. This new GPS/GLONASS SMD Antenna: P/N 1575AT54A0010 is compact (15x4x3.2mm) and can replace more expensive patch antennas offering similar performance in small portable applications. This antenna exhibits 9.5dB of return loss while offering a peak gain (YZ Total) of 1.3dBi and has 2W of power handling capability. The 1575AT54A0010 supports the growing interest in 1dBi+ gain satellite internal chip antennas that can operate in both GPS and GLONASS bands at the same time.
This GPS/GLONASS antenna is in full production and has no Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements. Samples and evaluation boards (1575AT54A0010-EB1SMA) are available upon request through RFMW, Ltd.
