RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for a dual-band SAW filter module from TriQuint. The TQQ1212 serves band 34 (2010-2025MHz) and band 39 (1880-1920MHz) in a single, 4x3mm module. Band 34 passband bandwidth is 15MHz while band 39 has a 40MHz bandwidth. Insertion loss in both bands is 3.8dB max TriQuint’s TQQ1212 can handle up to 20dBm input power and operates single-ended on both input and output. TQQ1212 applications include BTS and small cells where a small, single ended, dual filter solves implementation problems.
