RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TriQuint TGL2203, a 1W VPIN limiter for Ka-band Radar systems. The TGL2203 has integrated DC blocks on both input and output ports. Capable of handling 1W of incident CW power, this passive device has a flat leakage rate of <20dBm @ Pin <30dBm. Insertion loss is <1dB. The TriQuint TGL2203 serves radar applications from 30-38GHz and comes as a 1.35×1.15mm DIE.
