RFMW, Ltd. announces design and sales support for the TGF2819-FL and TGF2819-FS GaN transistors from TriQuint. These 32V devices from TriQuint offer 20W average power for non-pulsed applications and over 100W peak power. Covering frequencies up to 3.5GHz, the TGF2819-FL and TGF2819-FS are input prematched for S-Band applications in Radar, professional or military communication systems and avionics. TriQuint offers the TGF2819-FL with a flange mount and the TGF2819-FS as an earless version package. Both transistors utilize low thermal base material for efficient heat transfer with PAE >58%.
